H-27x daughterboards together with the LTR27 module allow to create measuring systems with individual galvanic isolation between measuring channels.

The possibility of simultaneous installation of different types of submodules provides a flexible configuration by number and type of measuring channels.

Each measuring channel has an individual integrating ADC based on a voltage-frequency converter.

All H-27x submodules have by-channel galvanic isolation of the input signal circuits.

Н-27I-5 – current meter

Provides galvanically isolated connection of two sources with output normalized current signal in the range of 0...5 mA - for example, industrial sensors: pressure, temperature, displacement, etc.
The construction of measuring circuits based on current meters is the most noise-resistant technical solution recommended for use in conditions of a high level of industrial noise.

Н-27T – millivolt signals meter

Has two galvanically isolated measuring channels with an asymmetric millivolt range, adapted for direct connection and measurement of signals from thermocouples; can be used to measure the voltage drop across current shunts in DC current measurement schemes of low-voltage circuits that are not connected with the primary ~220 V network.

OP-27TR – cold junction sensor-compensator

The temperature sensor is a thermoresistance with a nominal value of 50 Ohm. It is installed independently in the area of cold junctions of thermocouples.
An OP-27TR option is a sensor - cold junction compensator, which is used in conjunction with H-27R-100.
The sensor data is read by the user's application software as indications of a separate measuring channel and is used for processing data taken from thermocouples by other measuring channels, which is realized by installing submodules H-27T.

Notes:

1. The strength of galvanic isolation (test voltage for 1 min - 300 V 50 Hz relative to the ground circuit, - 150 V 50 Hz between channels for two-channel submodules) allows to apply H-27x for the tasks of low-voltage galvanic isolation of measuring circuits and does not allow to apply H-27x for connection to primary circuits ~ 220 V.

2. The measuring range of H-27U, H-27T, H-27I submodules can be increased if external add-on resistors are used in the measuring circuit and in case of user calibration of the changed measuring scale. Details of such application for H-27U, H-27T, H-27I submodules for your measurement task can be specified by L-CARD technical support.

    LGraph2 is a free multi-channel data recorder for Windows.
